Thick and bubbling, the tar is sloughing off the monster like hot candle wax, changing its form, and melting into new grotesque geometries in every frame. The black melts off more to reveal the bulbous creature to be none other than Littlefoot, Spike, Ducky, and Petrie, laughing at their ruse.

Cera is saved but her pride is hurt. She walks off to be alone.
